Valentine's Day campaigns are tricky. We're only ever one idea away from a vom-in-the-mouth-inducing concept. Beefsteak Club doesn't do conventional. So where was the angle? Parody and p*ss taking. We whipped up the Cheesy Chat Up Lines comp.
Solution
The style was ripped from vintage 60's comic strips. And we pumped out some serious cringe to get cogs turning. Engagement was off the charts with at least 1500 people dropping some awful lines. We immortalised the winner, and their winning line, in a custom designed cartoon.
